Receiving Your Return Authorization:

  1. Contact Cayman’s customer service for a Return Authorization (RA) within 14 days of delivery by emailing store@shop-caymans.com.
  2. Once you have received approval, fill out the RA form that is provided in your email.
  3. Cayman’s will only accept returns with a proper Return Authorization number. This number should be printed on the outside of the package.

Exchanges:

There is a $10 shipping charge to exchange items for a different size. All exchanges are based on stock availability. Simply request an RA number by contacting Cayman’s customer service.

Late Returns:

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days. Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of Cayman’s and may only be refunded as a store credit.

Designer Jewelry Returns/Exchanges:

If you decide that what you have ordered is not right for any reason, please feel free to email us at store@shop-caymans.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number. The jewelry must arrive unworn, in pristine condition, in the original packaging and with the receipt-within14 days of receiving the order. If these requests are met, you will receive a full refund minus the original shipping charge.

We process returns the same day they are received and will send an email confirmation. Keep in mind that, depending on the cycle of your credit card, it may take 2-10 days for the refund to post to your account.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:

Any order purchased during the month of December may be returned full refund or exchange NO LATER THAN January 5th.

Faulty Goods:

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair items if faulty. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

Receiving a Refund:

Only full priced items are eligible for a refund. If the item you receive is eligible for a Refund, a Return Authorization must be requested within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. A full refund will be extended once a return has been authorized and the Return Authorization process is followed.

Returned merchandise must be accompanied by your original receipt, and merchandise must be in its original condition. Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Once Returned Merchandise is processed, Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on the participating banks processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this process. However, Cayman’s will email you receipt confirming your refund once the merchandise has been received and processed. To request receipt, please email store@shop-caymans.com with your original order #.

Further policies that relate to Returns or Return Authorizations are as follows:

  1. All Sale items are final sale and will not be refunded or exchanged.
  2. Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. And must have the security tag attached.
  3. Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition, and be unworn.
  4. Items returned without a Return Authorization will not be accepted. The additional shipping cost incurred will be automatically charged to your account.
  5. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Price Matching:

Cayman’s is happy to extend special consideration for “price match” requests on an order if request is submitted prior to purchase. Please be aware that the “price match” function implies that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase at a competitive retailer at the time your request is made, or a “price match” adjustment may not be accommodated.

Exchange Policy

Cayman’s accepts exchanges on like items if the following conditions are met:

  1. Customer obtains a Return Authorization code from Cayman’s by emailing us at store@shop-caymans.com.
  2. The exchanged item meets all Return Policy requirements.
  3. The item requested for the exchange is identical (except size and color) to the item originally ordered.
  4. The item requested for the exchange is in stock.

ALL Returns and Exchanges not meeting any of the above criteria will be returned at the customer’s expense. Cayman’s recommends insuring all packages, as Cayman’s is not responsible for any packages sent by customers.

How to Request a Return/Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please email us at store@shop-caymans.com and include the following information:

  1. Your order number found on the packing slip or email receipt.
  2. Your reason for returning/exchanging the item.
  3. If the request is for an exchange, please include the size or color that suits your needs.

PLEASE NOTE: Return requests not meeting the above conditions will NOT be accepted.

Reminder: Cayman’s recommends that you insure your packages, as Cayman’s does not accept any responsibility for packages sent by customers.
